Following the Studio Detox program will help to restore cellular balance, thus alleviating your symptoms. This program uses food and exercise as a prescription to influence your metabolism, restore the balance of all physiologic systems, and reduce the risk of developing cancer, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. You will learn how you can make lifelong changes to transform your life through detoxification, metabolism repair, hormone, and GI balance and feel great while doing it.
This unit of the course will equip you with all the knowledge and tools you will need to prepare and plan for success during the program, and even after for lifelong maintenance.

In this unit of the course, you will learn about the components of the Studio Detox program. It is important to understand why the program has been designed the way it is. Understand the “why,” so you can stay engaged and learn what your body is going through.
There is a powerful connection between what you eat and how you feel. Just as no two bodies are the same, no two diet programs work for everyone. The only way to discover what works for your body is to follow an elimination plan that will help you link foods to symptoms.
Dr. Roy will explain how the physician-designed supplement regimen will help you reach your goals throughout this detox and explain when and how to use them.
