About this course

Welcome to the Studio Lean program! Thank you for choosing the Studio Lean Program to achieve overall health & wellness.

Your journey toward achieving your fat loss goals and enjoying total wellness has just begun!

Begin by watching this welcome video below. It will get you familiar with the site/app and the Studio Lean program. You should be starting the first day of Phase 1 tomorrow. It is ideal to begin the program on a Saturday so you can have 2 days of fun fat loading. We have set the program up so you are ideally beginning on Saturday.

The Studio Lean course is delivered in step-by-step lessons that will guide you through each foundational stage of the program. You will be receiving a daily email on tips and tricks to help you move through the program successfully. You will learn the importance of each program phase and how you can make lifelong changes to transform your body on a cellular level and feel great while doing it.

Before you begin you will be provided all the necessary tools and support to fully understand the foundation of this life changing program and adequately prepare you for success today and beyond for a lifetime of total wellness. For your convenience, you can access all the supportive material using the "Program Downloads" link above. You will receive daily instructions by email whether you log in or not. To get this content by text message, make sure you're logged into your account, click on Account (top right) and choose Alert Settings.

Please follow the content every day and do as you are instructed. If you follow the program, you can expect to lose 1/2 to 1 lb. per day, as long as you remain committed.
