The Studio Method™ · Diagnostic & Therapeutic Toolkit
Specificity is authority.
Here’s ours.
Every named lab. Every named therapeutic. The Studio Method™ selects from this toolkit based on what your data shows, not on what we have available.

Normal is not optimal.
Optimal is what we measure.
How the interpretation works
Optimal ranges, not population ranges.
The blood data is run through Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis (FBCA), comparing every biomarker against optimal physiological ranges, not standard population reference ranges
Standard ranges are designed to detect disease
Functional ranges are designed to detect dysfunction, often years before disease declares itself
What it produces
A diagnostic map, not a list of numbers.
Identifies pattern relationships between biomarkers
Ranks the likelihood of active clinical dysfunctions (often catching 4–6 active dysfunctions inside results marked “normal”)
Gives the clinical team a clear picture of which of the Seven Hidden Dysfunctions™ are driving your case
What happens next
Not every patient needs every test.
From the FBCA findings, we determine which specialty diagnostics to deploy
The FBCA tells us which mechanisms are active
The specialty diagnostics below confirm and map them in depth
Note on the methodology
The blood draw is performed at our CLIA-certified partner laboratory (Access Medical Laboratories). The Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis is the proprietary interpretive layer Doctors Studio® applies to the data.
The Specialty Diagnostic Inventory
By dysfunction
Deployed when the Studio Functional Blood Analysis indicates the dysfunction is active. Each test listed with lab/manufacturer, methodology, and clinical purpose.
Hidden Infections
Pathogens that culture-based tests miss.
3 tests
ProstateKey™ NGS, MicroGen DX.
Next-generation DNA sequencing of expressed prostatic secretions. Identifies bacteria, fungi, and antibiotic-resistance genes. Culture-based tests miss up to 50% of relevant pathogens. NGS catches what cultures cannot.
Resistance genes detected
Vibrant Wellness Tickborne Diseases 2.0.
Serology (IgG, IgM via chemiluminescence immunoassay) plus real-time PCR DNA detection, covering named tick-borne and opportunistic organisms. Reference ranges stratified against 2,000 healthy controls.
Covers
GI-MAP™, Diagnostic Solutions Laboratory.
Quantitative PCR stool analysis. Identifies GI pathogens, H. pylori with virulence factors (babA, cagA, vacA), commensal bacteria, and opportunistic microbes, plus intestinal-health markers.
Pathogens
Intestinal-health markers
Silent Inflammation
Chronic inflammation that doesn't show on basic labs.
3 tests
hs-CRP, fibrinogen, homocysteine.
Inside the Studio Functional Blood Analysis.

Hormonal Imbalance
The full hormone metabolite map, not just total numbers.
4 tests
DUTCH (Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones).
Full hormone metabolite map.
Maps
SHBG, DHEA-S, free and total testosterone, estradiol, DHT.
Inside the Studio Functional Blood Analysis.
PSA velocity, free/total PSA ratio.
Trajectory and fractions, not just number.
Thyroid panels with TPO antibodies, fT3, fT4, RT3.
TSH alone misses most thyroid dysfunction.
Metabolic Dysfunction
Insulin resistance, mitochondrial collapse, energy decline.
3 tests
HOMA-IR.
Insulin resistance years before A1C shifts.
NMR Lipid Profile.
Particle-level cardiovascular risk.
Toxic Overload
Heavy metals, environmental chemicals, mycotoxin burden.

The Therapeutic Toolkit
By category
Featured modalities, one section per category. Every intervention is deployed by clinical indication, selected from the dysfunction map the diagnostics produce.
IV & Oxygenation Therapies
5 modalities
EBOO with integrated UBI.
Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation and Ozonation combined with Ultraviolet Blood Irradiation. Ten-pass ozone with full blood volume exchange and UV light treatment in the same session. The most powerful systemic oxidative and immune-modulating intervention in the toolkit.
IV Ozone.
Direct intravenous ozone infusion. Systemic oxidative therapy stimulating mitochondrial function, immune modulation, and antimicrobial response.
IV NAD+.
Intravenous nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide. Cellular energy restoration, mitochondrial support, neuroprotection. Foundational for metabolic and cellular dysfunction.
IV Custom Nutrient.
Intravenous nutrient therapy designed from your Studio Functional Blood Analysis findings. Selected by your biomarker map, not a menu.
Prostate & Pelvic Procedures
4 modalities
Intraprostatic Ozone.
Ozone delivered directly into prostate tissue under guidance. Targeted antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and tissue-remodeling effect inside the prostate itself, bypassing the systemic delivery limit that makes oral antibiotics fail in chronic prostatitis.
Intraprostatic Custom Antibiotic and Antifungal Cocktail.
Antimicrobial agents compounded based on ProstateKey™ NGS findings, delivered directly into prostate tissue. Treats the bacteria and fungi we identified, at the site they’re hiding.
Bladder Instillations.
Therapeutic agents instilled directly into the bladder. For chronic UTI, interstitial cystitis, and bladder pain syndromes resistant to systemic treatment.
LI-ECSW (Low-Intensity Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy).
Acoustic shock wave therapy stimulating angiogenesis and tissue regeneration. For ED, Peyronie’s, and chronic pelvic dysfunction.

Cellular signaling therapeutics that direct cellular behavior toward repair, regeneration, and restored function.
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP).
Concentrated autologous platelet preparation. Joint, tissue, sexual health (P-Shot), and aesthetic restoration.
Peptide Therapy.
Targeted peptide protocols selected by mechanism, tissue repair, immune modulation, mitochondrial support, hormone signaling. Not the stack-everything approach of peptide clinics.
Hormone Therapy
3 modalities
BHRT (Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy).
Designed around your metabolite map, not a template.
Hormone Pellet Implants.
Bioidentical hormone pellets inserted subcutaneously, providing sustained-release delivery for 3 to 6 months. For patients who need consistent dosing without daily compliance.

2 modalities
Immune System Retraining.
The broader category. Mechanism-specific protocols to restore immune signaling.
Pharmaceutical & Nutraceutical
1 modalities
Repurposed Medications.
FDA-approved pharmaceuticals deployed for mechanism-specific indications outside their original use. Selected because the mechanism calls for them, not because the diagnostic code does.
Foundational across all programs
2 modalities
StudioMethod™ Prime: Terrain Reset
Phase 1 foundation.
Lifestyle and behavior protocols
How tools get selected
The Studio Method™ runs the diagnostics first.
The protocol is built from what the diagnostics reveal. Two patients with the same diagnosis often receive different tools, because their mechanisms differ. The toolkit is large because the methodology requires precision. The protocol is small because precision means selecting only what the data calls for.

Answers first. Commitment after.
