It’s a product created with your own blood (about two teaspoons). It’s virtually pain-free, yes, because the needle is so small. After that your blood passes through a centrifuge, which concentrates the platelets within your blood. This creates a platelet-rich serum that we then re-inject back into your body at the specific site where you need it.
